Data Protection & GDPR

GT Sales Progression is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and complies fully with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal data is handled securely, used only for legitimate purposes, and retained only for as long as necessary.

Confidentiality
All client, transaction and commercial information is treated as strictly confidential and shared only with authorised parties involved in the transaction. Confidentiality obligations continue beyond the end of any instruction.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
GT Sales Progression does not carry out AML checks, identity verification or source of funds checks - AML compliance remains the responsibility of the instructing estate agent. Any concerns identified during progression are escalated promptly to the agent.

Service Delivery
All services are delivered under a clear Service Level Agreement (SLA), defining scope, responsibilities, communication standards and handover arrangements.

Insurance

Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance are in place.
